Phase 1: Re-commit
My prioritise have not been where they should be but that is all about to change.
This week I will set my self mini goals and post to let everyone know what I will do to get back on track.
My mini goals for today are:
1. Track and stick to my points;
2. Exercise;
3. Plan for Monday and Tuesday.
It is easy goals today but these are the things that I think will re-focus me and what I am doing so that I can succeed for the rest of the week and make it a lifestyle.
I am healthy. Weight loss is easy. I want this.
